Interesting & enlightening exercise.
Stand. With your eyes open, hold your arms out to the side. Bring your right arm backwards until it resists going any further. Bring both arms back down.
DO NOT READ FURTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE THIS.
Now, close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, SLOWLY imagine your previously raised arm going all the way back without any limitations whatsoever.
Now repeat the first step, raising your arms and bringing your right arm back as far as you can.
The sudden increase in your range of motion may surprise you. If so, it will physically demonstrate the power your mind has over your actions.
